METHOD OF MANUFACTURING FILM WINDING BODY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a film winding body capable of obtaining a winding body having an excellent external appearance without rolling in air even in a very thin and easily extensible film rich in flexibility. SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of a film winding body wound on a winding roller while pressing a film by a touch roller after being cooled by extrusively molding a thermoplastic resin in a film shape, the touch roller is a double layer structure by laminating two kinds or more rubber of syntheric resins on a surface of a metallic roller; rubber hardness of an inner layer contacting with the metallic roller is 15 to 50; and rubber hardness of a surface layer is 50 to 90.
