PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a high speed movement at a short-time pitch of a bobbin. SOLUTION: In this arranging winding method of a wire rod for winding the wire rod 5 on a rotating bobbin 2, while continuously sending the bobbin 2 at a prescribed speed in the axial direction, and while oscillating a grooved pulley 7 arranged to freely oscillate in the axial direction of the bobbin 2 on the tip of an arm 6 for guiding the wire rod 5 between collars 4 of the bobbin 2 to the inclined side by following a movement of the bobbin 2, the arm 6 is brought close to the bobbin 2 to guide the wire rod 5, and while oscillating the grooved pulley 7 to the vertical side every time when winding the wire rod 5 on the bobbin 2 by one round, the arm 6 is separated from the bobbin 2, and the wire rod 5 is guided to a winding position of the next round.
