PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy bicycle parking rack attachable and detachable to an existing fence or the like for the parking of a bicycle and capable of fixing the bicycle only by inserting the front wheel of the bicycle thereto without applying a force. SOLUTION: This easy bicycle parking rack is formed by welding steel products worked into u-shape in sets of two at intervals of 50 cm or more and a fixed angle to a core material part as rack part. This rack is mounted on and fixed to an existing guardrail or fence.
