PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of a conventional rotary working vehicle that the shape of a balance weight is minimized by the downward extension of a maintenance movable bonnet for facilitating the maintenance work so that the weight for attaining the natural purpose of the balance weight cannot be sufficiently ensured and to provide a technique capable of improving the maintenance workability and sufficiently ensuring the weight of the balance weight. SOLUTION: In this structure, the rear upper part of a swivel base 3 is covered with the bonnet 5, and the balance weight 6 is arranged in the lower part. A recessed part 6a is provided substantially in the lateral center of the balance weight 6, the lower part of the bonnet 5 is extended to the recessed part 6a, and the bonnet located on the upper part of the balance weight is divided into three parts of a central openable and closable movable bonnet 51 and lateral bonnets 52L and 52R fixed at least on one-end side.
