PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a rack with a shelf shape by using an assist grip or the like provided in a car room. SOLUTION: The shelf-like rack 1 comprises a quadrangle frame 11, a sheet member 12 provided over the substantially entire surface of the frame 11, and a U-shaped arm member 13 that is provided for a shorter frame part 111 forming the frame 11 and is relatively rotatable to the frame 11. The arm member 13 is provided with a mounting means 2 used for mounting it to the assist grip 5. The rack 1 is mounted to assist grip 5 via the mounting means 2, and the inner roof rack device is formed in the car room.
