PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving-up and down device for a window glass over coming a conventional defect although, in the conventional device, a glass holder is interposed between a window glass and a carrier plate and they are tightened by a bolt, however, a skill is required for positioning a screw hole of the three members and tightening them, it is fear that the glass window is dropped off at the time of assembling and much time is spent for the assembling work. SOLUTION: A lower support part 32 formed to support the load of a window glass and projections 28, 43 which are inserted to through portions 33, 41 of the window glass are provided on carrier plates 20, 42, 46. A fixing of the window glass and the carrier plates can be carried out by one motion.
