PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, where in the external cable construction method, a hole for fixing an anchor is drilled, causing scars on a concrete structure body. SOLUTION: Around a concrete structure body, a continuous fabric belt is wound and the belt is tensed or, the belt is partially wound and a PC steel wire is provided for connection between both ends of the belt before the PC steel wire is tensed thus, the concrete structure body is prestressed.
