PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for preventing a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape from peeling before the curing of a plastic raw material composition and also preventing an ultraviolet-curable composition from melting into the plastic raw material composition, when a plastic lens is manufactured by a tape mold process. SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing a plastic lens uses a combination of a heat-curable plastic raw material composition composed mainly of one or more kinds of mercapto compound and one or more kinds of polyisocyanate represented by formula (1) and/or formula (2) and the ultraviolet-curable composition composed mainly of a polyisopreneacrylate oligomer with a weight average molecular weight of 10,000-50,000.
