PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording head having a structure which can eliminate the necessity of providing a passage forming plate such as a reservoir forming substrate, is suitable for multiple nozzles and can reduce the manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: A diaphragm 40 of an actuator unit is provided on a cavity forming substrate 30 having a pressurizing chamber 32 formed thereon to be extended longer than the pressurizing chamber 32 and an ink supplying hole 4 communicating to the pressurizing chamber 32 is formed so as to pass through a region except the pressurizing chamber 32 of the diaphragm 40. An ink supplying section 50 as a support member is provided to the actuator unit at the side of the diaphragm 40. The outlet 51 is allowed to communicate with the ink supplying hole 4 and a thin section 52 for absorbing pressure variation of the pressurizing chamber 32 is formed on the ink supplying tank 50. |
