<p>The bearing sealing assembly protecting against the penetration of abrasive particles according to the invention prevents the penetration of abrasive particles from the environment in order to prolong the life expectancy of a bearing and thus the flawless operation of devices as a whole in a cost effective way. The sealing assembly according the invention is made on an axle or shaft (1) on the side (5) of the bearing (2), which can expect the penetration of particles from the environment, so that on the axle or shaft (1) there are several sealing rings (6). On the adjacent side of the bearing (2) there is an internal series (7) of sealing rings (6) and on the external one, this means the side containing the abrasive particles, there is a sealing ring (6'). The internal series (7) and the external sealing ring (6') are held at a distance by a distance ring (8), so that between the rings (6 and 6') there is a radial chamber (9) which features an inlet opening (10) provided on the axle or shaft (1), preferably at the front and on the longitudinal axis of symmetry, which supplies air under positive pressure, preferably of 1 - 1,5 bar.</p> |
