<p>The invention refers to a process and devices for the volumetric filling as well as control of filling in the manufacture of multicomponent filled wires, which are used in metallurgy as filled rolled sections or applied to metallurgical processes of acquirement of various alloys by addition of various materials into liquid metals. The wires may be used also as welding media in the case of more demanding welding technologies. The process and devices for the volumetric filling as well as control of filling in the manufacture of multicomponent filled wires is characterized by a technological line for the production of filled wires designed in several stages. In the first stage, machines for unrolling of metallic tape are used for filling the wire. Next, edges of the tape are welded together on welding machines in the second stage. The tape then travels to the third level of technological processing - shaping-filling-closing and calibration of the pipe profile of the already filled wire.
