摘要 PURPOSE: A system availability rate measuring method in a WLL(Wireless Local Loop) is provided to prevent an error or down of a system possibly caused due to an overload in advance by computing a system use time and monitoring an overload of the entire WLL system. CONSTITUTION: A CPU receives a base station controller availability rate measuring instruction, the CPU determines whether the currently proceeding process is terminated and switched to a new process of the next order stored in a preparation list(302). If the process switching has occurred(304), the CPU records the ending time of the terminated process in a memory(306). The CPU records a starting time of the new process of the next order in the preparation list in the memory(308). The CPU computes an execution time of the currently terminated process(310). The computed process execution time is accumulated and updated in the process execution time stored in the memory(312). The CPU displays the base station controller execution time, that is, information of the availability rate of the system of the base station controller, for an operator's proper measure(314).
