PURPOSE: An auxiliary strut of a headrest of a vehicle is provided to make a driver and an occupant feel comfortable on the neck by preparing an auxiliary strut in a headrest of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An auxiliary strut of a headrest of a vehicle comprises a partition(20) having a through hole(24) inserted with a support bar(14) of a headrest, a shock absorbing case(25) installed in front of the partition and having a spring installed elastically, a shock absorbing rod(27) installed on the spring of the shock absorbing case and protruded outward, an attachment panel(28) installed in front of the shock absorbing rod and attached with a magic tape(29), and a tube(30) attached with a magic tape(32) and adjusted in the volume. The tube supports the recessed portion of the neck.
