PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the setting of a tilting angle and the mounting and removing of a display device after installation without tools and to closely install plural display devices. SOLUTION: Installation fittings 2 for fixing the display device to a wall surface, etc., have detaining hole 2b and first guide grooves 2a communicating with these detaining hole 2b in the lower part of their flanks and have plural tilting holes 2c and second guide grooves 2d communicating with these tilting holes 2c on a concentric circle around the detaining hole 2b in the upper parts of the flanks as a fulcrum, by which tilting parts are formed. The upper parts of the flanks have successive disposition holes 4b which are successively disposed in correspondence to the tilting holes 2c and are disposed with elastic members 4 energized in such a manner that the successive disposition holes 4b and the tilting holes 2c abut on each other. Mounting fittings 3 to be mounted to the back of the display device 1 have first detaining parts 3a for detaining to the detaining hole 2b in the lower part of their flanks and second detaining parts 3b for detaining to the tilting holes 2c in the upper part of their flanks.
