PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for outputting a vector row and an information recording medium. SOLUTION: A 1st storage part 101 of a vector row output device 100 stores one or more dimensional vector x; a 1st calculation part 102 calculates a vector x'=f(x) as a result of having applied a 1st rational vector mapping to the stored vector x; a 2nd storage part 103 stores one or more dimensional vector y; a 2nd calculation part 104 calculates a vector y'=g(x, y) as a result of having applied a 2nd rational vector mapping to the stored vector x and the stored vector y; an output part 105 outputs a vector z' that is a combination of the resultant vectors x' and y'; and a 1st updating part 106 and a 2nd updating part 107 store the resultant vector x' in the storage part 101 and the resultant vector y' in the 2nd storage part 103 for updating.
