PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath room heater/bath heater in which the hot water temperature of bath is stabilized at the time of simultaneous use of bath and heating and only heating can be operated fully in an apparatus where bath and heating can be used simultaneously. SOLUTION: The bath room heater/bath heater comprises a circulation path connecting a heat source machine for heating hot water with a bathtub, a heat exchanger for heating bath room coupled with the circulation path through supply piping and return piping, and a selector valve provided at the joint of the supply piping and return piping. The return piping is provided with a sensor for detecting the temperature of heating water and a control means controls a burner such that the hot water temperature of bath is kept constant by comparing the temperature detected by the sensor with a temperature set by a hot water temperature setter of bath.
