PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device capable of speedily and certainly charging and sealing a ring slit as far as possible by using a simple means. SOLUTION: At least one pieces of bags 9, 10 is arranged in a slit 4 and a sealing means is input to this bag to seal the slit 4 between a through part 2 positioned in a structural element 1 and an object 3 to rush in and pass through the through part 2 by inputting it to the inside of the slit 4 of the sealing means. For this purpose, support elements 5, 6 free to arrange in the through hole are used and the bags 9, 10 are fixed on these support elements. Consequently, it is possible to realize sealing of the slit 4 by a simple method of making it liquid-tight. |
