PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for transmitting a stream and a transmission medium capable of preventing music and video information from being illegally used, by subjecting the stream to simple processing without much burden on a reproduction side of a transmitted stream of speed, video, or the like. SOLUTION: Since a stream itself of speech and video having a large amount of information is not subjected to encipherment, but order information (a sufficiently small amount of information) indicating order of frames to be replaced in the stream is subjected to encipherment before transmitted, a deciphering load is largely improved on the reproducing side (receiving side). |
