PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bubble-circulating heat exchanging device. SOLUTION: This bubble-circulating heat exchanging device is provided with a closed fluid circuit 2, a heat source 7, a bubble generator 1, an expansion area for generating bubbles in the fluid circuit, and a heat radiating body. The device is characterized in that the heat source 7 is connected to one end of the closed circuit 2, the heat radiating body is connected to the other end of the circuit, the bubble generator is provided in the circuit to generate bubbles in the circuit by superheating whereby heat is transferred and the heat is outputted by the heat radiating body to operate the circuit continuously until the heat is balanced utilizing the flowing of the fluid in the circuit by the releasing of the bubbles when an unbalance is formed in the circuit 2.
