PURPOSE: Provided is an electric rotary duct collector to improve the efficiency of dust collection by actively collecting extraneous matters like dust around the dust collecting area in a filter bag according to the rotation of a dust collecting drum. CONSTITUTION: The machine comprises a rotary dust collecting drum supported by a rotary shaft(2); a driving device to rotate the rotary dust collecting drum(3) into one direction; a ventilating device(20) to absorb and turn indoor air toward the rotary dust collecting drum; a static electricity generating device(30) to catch extraneous matters on a surface of the rotary dust collecting drum; a static electricity eliminating device(40) to eliminate static electricity; a dust collecting filter(50) to collect extraneous matters separated from the surface of the rotary dust collecting drum; and a direct-current high voltage generating device(60).
