PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the noise of an air-conditioner, and at the same time to suppress the deterioration of performance by preventing the increase in the load of an axial flow fan and short-circuiting. SOLUTION: A low-noise hood 22 with structure for surrounding an exhaust vent 6 is provided. The low-noise hood 22 is equipped with an axial shielding body 21 and a fan guard 20 for preventing the roll-in of a rotor. The axial shielding body 21 has a surface slanting to a box body. On a surface where the axial shielding body 21 is projected onto the surface of the box body, the low-noise hood that is larger than the exhaust vent 6 is provided.
