PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the level of an oscillated signal outputted from a buffer section to be constant, using a simple configuration. SOLUTION: An oscillator is provided with an oscillation section 1 and the buffer section 2 that amplifies an oscillated signal outputted from the oscillation section 1, a capacitor 3 and a resistor 4 are connected in series, and the series connection is placed between an output terminal of the oscillation section 1 and an input terminal of the buffer section 2, and the capacitance of the capacitor and the resistance of the resistor are selected, so that a reactance of the capacitor 2 at the frequency of the oscillated signal is nearly 1/10 or smaller than the resistance of the resistor 4.
