PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce inclination of a stem to accurately determine the height of the stem. SOLUTION: A chamfered face 35 and a rounded face 36 are formed on the wall of a U-shaped groove of a movable clamp claw 21 for claming the stem 3. If the edge of the stem 3 is pushed up to engage with the corner of the movable clamp claw 21, the stem 3 is guided to a clamp position without being hooked ad inclined. A plurality of push pins 18 are provided at positions capable of pushing up symmetric portions of the stem 3 with respect to the center of its eyelet. Thus, the stem 3 is pushed up in good balance so that, if the stem 3 contacts the clamp claws 20, 21 during ouch up, it may no incline. As the result, the position of the stem 3 in the height direction can be accurately determined.
