PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage device which can reduce a crosstalk. SOLUTION: A microcomputer 67 properly designates respective parameter values M and N appropriately in a frequency divider 66a to reduce the crosstalk compared with the crosstalk when the parameter values are the same in each of cases of recording to a land and to a groove so that the reference lengths of recording marks to be respectively recorded on the land and the groove are set.
