PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bus controller for guaranteeing the order of bus requests without applying load to a master device concerning these access requests to guarantee the access order from the master to different slaves. SOLUTION: To the group of special access requests issued from the master device, after data access based on a preceding access request was completed, an access request control part 13 makes access parts 151X-151Y execute the next access request. In that case, when a slave queue becomes empty or slave device responses an acknowledge signal on the preceding request, the access request control part 13 judges the data access completion of the preceding access request.
