PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telegraphic message simulator and a recording medium therefor, in which a control sequence can be easily corrected and changed. SOLUTION: An interpreter language part 12 performs the preparation of telegraphic message information to be exchanged with a system 50 to be controlled or control of communication with the system 50 to be tested by successively interpreting and executing source codes described in a high-level language. Besides, on the basis of an instruction from the interpreter language part 12, a conversion controller 13 performs a connection instruction to any one of transmitters/receivers 10-1, 10-2,..., 10-n or write/read control of a telegraphic message to a telegraphic message information storage device 11 and when writing and reading the telegraphic message in the telegraphic message information storage device 11, data contained in the telegraphic message are converted into the form instructed by the interpreter language part 12.
