PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To program a PLC even by plural independent programming devices by using similar symbol variables. SOLUTION: The controller programming device is constituted of the PLC 102 provided with a symbol data base 123 for storing symbolic variables corresponding to variables indicating respective memory addresses and a programming device 101 for storing the same cache data 115 as data stored in the data base 123.
