PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a fluid pressure adjusting equipment. SOLUTION: In this fluid pressure adjusting equipment, a primary side piping 9 and a secondary side piping 10 are bent in L shape, erected on the ground side and mutually connected through a fluid pressure adjusting valve 8 allowing fluid to pass while adjusting fluid pressure, an adjusting mechanism 13 for introducing secondary side pressure in the pipe 10 and adjusting and driving the valve 8, is provided, a bend part 14 is formed on the pipe 10, the valve 8 is arranged on the upstream side of the bent part 14, and an adjusting pipe 15 for introducing the secondary side pressure into the mechanism 13 is connected to the downstream side of the bent part 14 of the secondary piping 10. In the equipment, a downstream side piping part 16 constituting a part of the piping 10 on the downstream side of the bent part 14 is extended over a connection part to an upstream side piping part 17 constituting a part of the piping 10 on the upstream side of the bent part 14 to form the bent part 14 into a T shape and the extension end part of the downstream side piping part is closed.
