Structural elements with standardised dimensions and constructional materials with prefabricated positions (holes) for the passage of electrical and hydraulic installations. The structural elements have reinforced zones along the length of prefabricated positions (holes) to retain the strength of the element; they also have grooves along their length (inside/outside) near the ends at weak spots for controlled breakage at the prefabricated positions (holes) where and when required. Neighbouring structural elements are linked together with plastic packing suitably shaped to permit free passage of installations through the prefabricated positions (holes).
