PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for managing document and a storage medium, which can be easily managed and operated and the time for examination and reference can be shortened even for general users. SOLUTION: When a document, which reaches the validity term set by a user, is preserved in a filing device and the other computer to move the document is set, the document is moved from the filing device to the filing device of the computer of the move destination (steps S21, S22 and S23) and when the document, which reaches the validity term, is preserved in the filing device and the other computer to move the document is not set, the document is moved from the filing device to an external storage medium (steps S21, S22 and S24). |
