摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimum position determining method for sensors at temperature measurement with sound waves capable of improving the measurement precision of temperature distribution. SOLUTION: This optimum position determining method includes a first step that N sensors are arranged on the boundary line of a measured surface optionally, a second step that a transfer matrix is calculated for the positions of the sensors, a third step that peculiar value disassembly is applied to the transfer matrix to obtain EfI values for individual paths, a fourth step that the EfI values for individual paths are added to obtain the EfI value of each sensor, a fifth step that the sensor with the least EfI value is removed, and a sixth step that the second through fifth steps are repeated until the number of the remaining sensors becomes equal to the number of sensors of the final target.
