Associations of deoxyfructosazine and a biguanide antidiabetic agent have a synergistic activity in the treatment of type 2 diabetes

An association of deoxyfructosazine (2-((1R,2S,3R)(1,2,3,4-tetrahydroxybutyl)-5-(2'S,3'R)(2',3',4'-trihydr oxybutyl pyrazine)) (I) and a biguanide antidiabetic agent (II). Independent claims cover pharmaceutical compositions containing these associations, and their use in the prevention and/or treatment of type 2 diabetes and its complications.
