PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a batter pack, offering easy assembly and simple construction allowing a smaller size, a smaller weight and a lower profile and permitting maximum advantage of using a thin-type battery, while maintaining rigidity as desired. SOLUTION: With sealing portions 34, 35 of the thin-type battery 18 covered with fold-back portions 42, 44 of respective thin plate reinforcing members 39, 40 and contact portions 43, 45 applied to the single side of the thin-type battery 18, so as to fit a fitting protruded portion 46 and a fitting recessed portion 47 to each other, the thin plate reinforcing members 39, 40 are mounted on the thin-type battery 18 to form the battery pack.
