PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for providing a compression mode that gives effect on a composite channel including at least two transport channels. SOLUTION: An inequality division step of a transport channel is executed according to this invention. This division step assigns a data output decided depending on at least one division coefficient to each of data segments for the same transport channel. At least two of the data segments from the same data block assigned by the division have different data counts. This invention is executed especially for fields of the 3rd generation electric communication system for a mobile application.
