PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle information acquisition apparatus whose convenience is enhanced by a method wherein the mark of position information as information with position information acquired from an information provision center can be displayed on a town map (map information) acquired from the information provision center (information provision source) even without operating a navigation apparatus and marks of a plurality of kinds of position information can be displayed on the town map regarding information with the plurality of kinds of position information. SOLUTION: The on-vehicle information acquisition apparatus 1 which is mounted on a vehicle and which acquires information via a communication network from the information provision center 10 is provided with a position display means by which the mark of the position information as the information with the position information acquired by the information acquisition center 10 is displayed on the town map acquired by the information acquisition center 10 so as to be displayed. |
