摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetically levitated control apparatus, which can completely solve the inherent disadvantages of a digital controller and self- sensing control, namely the problem of delay given on the position displacement signal by a filter and error position estimation result by applying self- synchronization detecting system to a position detecting system for detecting the position of a levitated object. SOLUTION: In a magnetically levitated control apparatus, comprising a self-sensing control means which can simultaneously implement position detection and position control of the levitated object 1 by utilizing self-induced effect and magnetically attracting force of a pair of electromagnets 2a, 2b disposed confronting to the levitated object 1, the self-sensing control means generates an addition signal and a subtraction signal from the current signals of a pair of electromagnets 2a, 2b with an adder 5c and a subtractor 6c to process separatedly a high-frequency current for position detection and a control current for position control.
