PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming call transfer system for an electronic exchange which realizes call register setting and call wait setting to a call park from a consultation hold. SOLUTION: In the electronic exchange where a plurality of extension telephone sets 14 to 17 are connected through the line circuits 10 to 13 of a time- division switch 22, a plurality of call park memories 23 only for the terminal of a call in speaking are prepared to perform hold register there.
