PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cancel the offset of the even number of CMOS differential amplifiers connected in cascade, that are built in an IC by devising the layout of a mask and a wiring layer of an amplifier block built in the inside of the IC. SOLUTION: In the configuration that an even number of CMOS differential amplifiers connected in cascade that are built in the IC, the differential amplifiers are connected to cancel the mutual offset voltages and the layout of elements of the amplifier blocks in the inside of the IC so that the wiring patterns are arranged with point symmetry between the differential amplifier of a pre-stage and the differential amplifier of a post-stage. Or the layout of the elements of the amplifier blocks in the inside of the IC is selected to be the same for each differential amplifier, and the wiring pattern is configured, such that connection of a transistor section of an amplifier input stage is reverse to each other between a differential amplifier of a pre-stage and a differential amplifier of a post-stage.
