<p>The device is used as a composite part of the automatic control systems for the control and supervision of transport vehicles travelling on specified routes. It comprises a single-chip microcomputer (1) connected two-way to a radio modem (2), conversation device (3), GPS-module (4), keyboard (5), LCD-display (6), current interface (7), chipcard interface (8) and one-way to analogue quantities interface (9) and a digital quantities interface (10). The conversation device (3) is connected two-way to a tranceiver (11) and a microphone (12), and at the output of the tranceiver (11) a tranceiver aerial is connected. The radio modem is connected two-way to the tranceiver, and the GPS module is coupled to the satellite receiver aerial (13) The interface input with chipcard (8) is connected to chipcard (15), interface (7) is coupled two-way to a device for voice communications (16), sensors for the number of passengers (17) indicator panels (18) and billing terminals (19).
