OPTICAL HEAD, RECORDER-REPRODUCER AND SOLID IMMERSION LENS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical head and a solid immersion lens which can eliminate the chromatic aberration that is caused when the light of plural wavelengths are used for obtaining the light of a minute spot diameter and to provide a recorder-reproducer which uses those optical head and the solid immersion lens. SOLUTION: This recorder-reproducer includes the optical head having a laser beam source which emits the light L and having a reflecting/condensing optical system RS. The system RS reflects the light L emitted from the laser beam source and condenses the light L on a spot P set on the bottom face part BF of a solid immersion lens 25 and has a reflecting face F1 which reflects the reflected light that is made incident on the system RS and a 2nd reflecting face F2 which reflects again the light that is reflected from the face F1 and then condenses the reflected light on the bottom face of the lens 25.
