PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multimedia communication equipment that can relieve a resistive sense of a user against the reception of an incoming call. SOLUTION: A system control section 14 communicates 1st and 2nd data of different kinds with an opposite communication unit, sets a 1st channel to attain communication of the 2nd data, enters an instruction of start of transmission of the 1st data, obtains a transmission rate assignable to the 1st data in the 1st channel, and communication the 1st data at the obtained transmission rate after the entry of the instruction of transmission start of the 1st data as its control. |
