INFORMATION PROCESSOR WITH BUILT-IN BATTERY HAVING POWER SUPPLY APPLICATION CONTROL FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous application of a power supply even when a power switch is erroneously turned on in the case of shipment and transportation of a product. SOLUTION: In this information processor with built-in battery having a function to accept power supply application from an AC adaptor as an externally supplied power source and a power source control part 4 to control power supply application of a main device by turning the power switch on, a connection of AC adaptor monitoring part 44 to monitor presence/absence of connection of the AC adaptor with the main device and a shipment state storage part 45 to store information whether the device is at a shipment state or not, the power source control part 4 accepts ON of the power switch as valid only when the shipment state is indicated by shipment state information stored in the shipment state storage part 45 and presence of connection of the AC adaptor is confirmed by the connection of AC adaptor monitoring part 44 when the power switch is turned on at a state that no power source is applied.
