PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a single microwave circuit that can arbitrarily select operations, where one input signal is distributed to two amplifiers, the amplified signals are combined and the resulting signal is outputted or an operation, where either of the two amplifiers is selected and the signal from the selected amplifier is outputted. SOLUTION: A quarter-wave line 4 is provided between an input terminal 1 and each of amplifiers 3a, 3b and between an output terminal 2 and each of the amplifiers 3a, 3b, a PIN diode 5 whose tip is connected to ground is respectively provided to the quarter-wave line 4 toward the side of the amplifiers 3, PIN diodes 5a, 5b are connected via a distribution resistor 6a and PIN diodes 5d, 5d are connected via a distribution resistor 6b.
