PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a locking structure for a locking button for preventing disengagement of the locking button from a locking member, without having to increase the strength of a hooking claw, and an electronic apparatus provided with the same. SOLUTION: This locking structure for the locking button 1, slidingly supported on an electric apparatus body, has one end provided with a locking pawl for fixing parts to be attached to the electronic apparatus body to the body and the other end provided with the hooking claw for preventing falling of the electronic apparatus body, in engagement with the locking member formed thereon. A recessed portion 6a is formed on the face of the locking member 6, which makes contact with the hooking claw 4, and a protruded portion 4a is formed on the face of the hooking claw 4 of the locking button 1, which makes contact with the locking member 6, for fitting the recessed portion 6a of the locking member 6. The recessed portion 6a of the locking member 6 and the protruded portion 4a, formed on the hooking claw 4 of the locking button 1, are fitted to each other so as to lock the locking-button 1.
