PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ceiling embedded type air conditioner in which a pair of identical heat exchangers, bent substantially into an L-shape to surround a fan approximately squarely, can be employed by contriving the fixing method of a baffle plate and a side plate such that a pair of identical side plates can be used. SOLUTION: A pair of fin tube type heat exchangers 9, bent substantially into an L-shape to surround a fan approximately squarely, are disposed oppositely and the piping side, out of the opposite ends of the pair of heat exchangers 9, coupled with connection piping 26 for introducing refrigerant to the heating tube of the heat exchanger is coupled by a baffle plate 30 for baffling air supply from the fan. In such a ceiling flush type air conditioner, a side plate 24 having upper and lower U-shaped cross-sections is provided at the piping side end face of each of the pair of heat exchangers 9, a cut groove 27 and a screw hole 28 are made at upper and lower rotationally symmetric positions of a U-shaped extending part on the inside of each side plate 24, and a click 31 stopping at the cut groove 27 and a hole 32 for inserting a fixing screw being driven into the screw hole 28 are provided on the opposite sides of the baffle plate 30.
