PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the time and expenses and to save the man power required for inspection per specimen when analyzing a number of cell specimens. SOLUTION: In a device in a solid state for executing continuous detection or simultaneous detection of an analysis target in a plurality of cells where the array of a plurality of areas being separated spatially is formed on a substrate, and each area has an area for immobilizing a plurality of independent cells. A method is used to continuously or simultaneously detect the analysis target in a plurality of cells using the device. The system is used to analyze cells while using the device.
