PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stably job controllable job controller, even in an environment in which plural users use a server on a network. SOLUTION: The name of a server to be controlled, the contents of an operation, and the name of a job to be controlled are inputted from a user via a program 11 of a job controller 1 to a program 22 of a server 2 to be controlled, and the authority information and job of the user is confirmed from a user information file 22 by a user information control part 211, and a job control part 212 is allowed to control the confirmation and stop of the job which is being executed and the start of the job. When the registration of the job is confirmed in the user information file 22 by the user information control part 211, the schedule information of the job is read from a job schedule file 23 by a job schedule control part 213, so that the confirmation, registration, update, and deletion of the job schedule information can be operated.
