SOLUTION: The telephone set for simultaneously speaking through plural lines is obtained by connecting a line interface means 3, a digital signal processor means 1 and a voice control processor means 5 through a data bus means 4 preparing plural digital signal processor means 1 in accordance with the number of effective time slots on a data bus and the number of the corresponding channels of the means 5.
