PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive skeleton heat storage device, capable of storing heat uniformly across the heat storage objective area of a slab and capable of achieving an excellent heat storage efficiency. SOLUTION: Blocking members 9 are laid between the downwardly projected parts 7b of a wavy deck plate, arranged on the lower surface of the slab 1, to form air passages 8 while air-conditioning air is passed through the air passages 8 to effect heat exchange between the slab 1. The plurality of air passages 8 are preferably formed on the lower surface of the slab 1 while the adjacent air passages 8 are connected in series mutually. |
