摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-loss ferrite material where core loss is at most 400 kW/m3, Bs exceeds 3,000 gauss, resistivity at room temperature is high and is at least 108 Ω.cm, permeability is high and at least 2,000, and sintering is mode easy. SOLUTION: Main component of this material contains oxides of Fe, Zn, Ni, Cu and Mn by Fe2O3, ZnO, NiO, CuO and MnO conversions, respectively, i.e., Fe2O3 of 48-50 mol%, CuO of 1-8 mol% and MnO of 0.1-1 mol%. With the mol ratio of ZnO/NiO being 2-10, average oxygen concentration of grain boundary/average oxygen concentration in crystal grain is made larger than or equal to 1.
